Protein Chocolate Nut Almond Balls

Ingredients:

  • 10 dates, soaked (keep the date water)

  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 cup raw cashews, roughly chopped

  • 2 servings (4 scoops) whey in mocha flavor

  • ¼ cup almond meal

  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan rock salt


Procedure:

  1. Place the dates in a food processor and add cocoa powder. Pulse.

  2. Add cocoa powder and whey.

  3. Pour into a bowl and add chopped cashews and sea salt and continue kneading until combined.

  4. Roll each little ball in the almond meal.

  5. Eat (or store in the refrigerator for up to a week).
