Protein Chocolate Nut Almond Balls

10 dates, soaked (keep the date water)
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup raw cashews, roughly chopped
2 servings (4 scoops) whey in mocha flavor
¼ cup almond meal
¼ teaspoon Himalayan rock salt
Place the dates in a food processor and add cocoa powder. Pulse.
Add cocoa powder and whey.
Pour into a bowl and add chopped cashews and sea salt and continue kneading until combined.
Roll each little ball in the almond meal.
Eat (or store in the refrigerator for up to a week).
