Bliss Spirulina Balls

Makes 20

You will need:

  • 2 scoops whey in key lime pie

  • 1 cup soaked dates

  • ¼ cup dried apricots

  • ¼ cup pistachio nuts

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 2 tablespoon ground flax seed

  • 2 heaping tablespoons raw cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut into the mixture

  • 1 tablespoon spirulina

  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan rock salt (or other sea salt varieties)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Extra coconut and cocoa for rolling.

Add the dates and apricots into a food processor. Pulse until smooth and add the seeds, whey and nuts. The recipe will become a sticky batter.

Now roll into balls and roll in the coconut or cocoa powder and leave to set in the fridge.
